Everyone’s starting point at Tribe.

Tribe is committed to a holistic approach to health, weight loss, and strength, so we begin by offering potential members one complimentary personal training session that focuses on getting to know your needs and personality.  We’ll cover all the bases–cardio, strength, nutrition–and plan how to exceed your goals together.


Group Training

Our 45 minute Classes are designed to maximize results for busy people.


Our Group Training sessions are programmed to help you exceed your fitness goals and are led by coaches who expertly instruct and motivate in a communal training environment.  Our workouts are constantly varied to keep you from plateauing, and every exercise is easily modifiable to meet you wherever you’re at – whether you’ve been inactive and are starting from scratch or are looking to put the finishing touches on your physique.

Best of all, because our workouts change everyday, you’ll never get bored.

At Tribe, we believe that a strong support system and accountability are the keys to sticking with any fitness program, and we take this responsibility seriously.  When you join the Tribe, you aren’t just another face who comes and goes.  You become part of a family that will reinforce and back your efforts to live the healthiest and happiest life you possibly can.

This structure of support includes being paired with a trainer who will periodically meet with you one-on-one to assess your progress and guide you in meeting your fitness and nutrition goals.  Your trainer will also check-in with texts and calls to encourage you and hold you accountable.  Simply put, you’ll never walk alone on your fitness journey.  We go to great lengths to ensure that our clients get the highest level of service possible.  At Tribe, we are in the business of CHANGING LIVES!
