Tribe trainers are committed to a holistic approach to health, weight loss, and strength. We begin by offering potential members a complimentary personal training session that focuses on getting to know your needs and personality. We’ll cover all the bases—cardio, strength, nutrition—and plan how to exceed your goals together. We have several options to suit your needs:
Regular Fitness Training gives you the freedom to visit the gym at your convenience and complete the workout-of-the-day at your own pace. We record videos providing examples and instruction, and you may direct any further questions to the trainers on hand.
Group Fitness Training is offered in one-hour sessions by personal trainers who know how to optimize direction in a communal training environment. We provide group training sessions throughout the week at different intervals in order to best convenience you.
Personal Fitness Training offers a uniquely in-depth and intensive fitness experience. Having a one-on-one trainer gives you the fitness expert’s undivided attention at all stages of training. Each half- to full-hour workout is tailored specifically to your needs, preferences, and goals.
All Access Training guarantees that you have personal training along with unlimited regular and group training, all at a discounted price. This package provides the ultimate motivation!
Childcare: No matter which option you choose, we provide free child care! Our caregivers are currently available M/W/F from 8-11 am and Tues/Thurs from 9am-12 pm.
